Description

This painting depicts the rising sun. Painted using water color, golden colored metallic foil and some acrylic paint. If you believe in vaastu shastra, you could choose putting this painting on a wall which you see when you face east.

The painted area of this is 5 by 7.5 inches. It is mounted on a mounting board sized 8 by 10 inches.

Today is Makar Sankranti 14th of January, the end of the winter solstice. From today onwards the sun will begin its journey towards the northern hemisphere. Today is representative to Change.

Marked by flying kites, the winds keep changing there directions today, marked by a peak when the overall direction reverses. While this maybe true for everyone in this region of the world, it is considered especially important by Gujaratis. People here ‘get’ the air element. And everything that goes with it, accomodating to sudden and gradual changes being one aspect of it. That is one main reason in my humble opinion makes them suitable for running businesses. Especially today when the rate of change of market forces is going up day by day.
