Items purchased will be dispatched within 4 business days of purchase. In case there is delay due to unforeseen circumstances, the customer will be duly informed and they will have the right to cancel the purchase and get a full refund.
Most of the prices for items are including shipping. In some cases where the item is large or heavy, then shipping charges would vary depending on the distance of shipping. In this case it will be mentioned in the description and shipping charges will be subject to the place of delivery. In this case the shipping price will be informed to the buyer via phone/watsap. In these cases it is also possible for the buyer to arrange for their own courier pickup.
Most of the shipping is using the courier aggregator Shiprocket or India post. Some places which are not in the courier network only have India post as choice.
