A cool drink recipe for the coming summer.
things required –

Processing the mint –
Mince/blend the mint leaves and get it’s juice. I blended it with a little water and sieved it. You know have the mint extract. Or if mint extract is available use that.

Mixing –
20% mint extract
2 lemons
sugar to taste
rest water and ice cubes.

serve in a transparent glass with a sprig of mint.

And it is great for digestion too. enjoy 🙂
