Machine milled vise with a handy rotating shank. The shank when rotated opens and closes the vise. The branding on this says Brevillier Urban. I could only find an Austrian company with that name making pencils. This could be used to work on anything small. The shank/handle is uniformly cylinder which means this can also be inserted into a heavy wooden base with a same sized hole. This will make this immobile and you can have both hands free. It is possible for me to provide such a heavy base at additional cost. Please contact if you require it.
The maxium extent to which the vise teeth opens is slightly more than an inch (2.8cm).
