This is a vintage Tibetan snuff/opium holder. It has a chain and can be worn on the neck. Brass body with silver plating. Embellished with semi precious.

It is interesting to see how EDCs change with time. Today it maybe a lighter or a vape pen. Or how ‘pick me ups’ (or bring me downs) become illegal, socially unacceptable with time.
